Barclays tops FSA complaints list.

THE Financial Services Authority has published aggregate complaints data as well as firm specific complaints date for H1 2011. FSA figures show Barclays have received more complaints than any other banking brand with 251,563 complaints made by UK customers 53% of which were upheld in customer favour.
